Nepalese students in grades 9–12 aged 14–18 who are interested in innovation, problem-solving, and community improvement can apply. Participants should have prior experience in small projects, science fairs, or local innovation initiatives. Creativity, commitment, and teamwork are essential. Applicants must be willing to work in groups and submit a prototype or project proposal.
Nepal Youth Innovation Challenge provides a platform for young innovators to identify community problems and propose practical solutions. Students receive mentorship from industry professionals, attend workshops on design thinking, and present their ideas to a panel of experts. The program emphasizes interdisciplinary problem-solving, entrepreneurship, and collaborative learning. Winners gain recognition, guidance for further development, and networking opportunities with like-minded peers. Participants leave with enhanced critical thinking, leadership, and project management skills applicable beyond the challenge.
