Grade 11–12 Nepali students selected via Nepal Physics Olympiad (NPO). Must demonstrate excellence in theoretical and experimental physics to qualify for the national team.

The IPhO is an elite physics competition that tests students on advanced theoretical and experimental problems. Nepali students train extensively to participate, gaining hands-on lab experience and problem-solving under timed conditions. The Olympiad encourages teamwork, collaboration, and networking with international peers, preparing students for higher studies and research in physics.
